SHIPPING METHODS
You can receive your products in one of the following ways:
1. Via Hellenic Post Office: ELTA & ELTA Courier Services
i) Shipping in Greece:
We deliver products within 2-4 working days.
ii) Shipping in areas outside Greece:
We deliver products in Europe within 5-6 working days.
We deliver products in the USA & the rest of the world (except Europe) within 7 – 10 working days.
In any case, if the time of our products’ delivery to you is affected by externalities (strikes, weather phenomena etc), you shall be notified about the time of delivery.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free of charge for purchases which are over:
€60,00, in Greece
€150,00, in Europe
€200,00, USA & the rest of the world
Otherwise, shipping of our products costs:
A. For deliveries in Greece: Orders between €0 - €59,99: €4,00
Orders over €60,00: FREE of charge
B. For deliveries in Europe: Orders between €0 - €149,99: €15,00
Orders over €150,00: FREE of charge
C. For deliveries in the USA & the rest of the world (except Europe):
Orders between €0 - €199,99: €20,00.
Orders over €200,00: FREE of charge
There are no restrictions in delivering our e-shop’s products worldwide.
2. You can collect your products from our stores: i) Athens Attica Greece, 67, Adrianou Str., P.C. 10556, ii) Athens Attica Greece, 40, Pandrosou Str., P.C. 10555.
You can pick the products from our store during working days and hours (Monday - Saturday and hours 10:00-20:00). Orders which are not received within five (5) working days, from the moment you are notified to collect your products from our store, will be canceled.
Taxes – Duties - Fees
Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.
